Perfection in the eye of the beholder.

Perfection, defined by so many of us in very different ways.

 Women, we overanalyze our beauty,clothes and body types.

We are always striving for something more,which I think is good, to a certain degree.

We have to learn that everybody, everyone's body was created so differently than the other.

Over the coarse of your lifetime you figure out what works for you, does not work for your friend, or what your friend finds works for them..regimen,diet wise,workout plan.. does not work for you!

 Be one of a kind!

Figure out who you are,and what works for you and just stick to it!!

 Curiosity killed the cat..! For a reason..trust me I am very curious..

I'm always researching different everything.. beliefs,cultures,recipes,body functions,muscle groups, the randomest stuff.. I'll have the facts on! I just love to research.. But leave the knowledge at the computer screen! Don't apply everything to yourself, stick to just one thing and the one thing that you have found that works for YOUR specific body.

 So look at yourself in the mirror,and just see what you would like to "enhance" not change,and be the best you, you can be! We only get One chance,One body.

 Perfection can be attained, by you being balanced and happy with yourself. Achieving ultimate harmony within yourself and maintaining it! Then everyday, the true beauty will come from the yourself beholding it in the mirror, reflections everywhere you go and your inner self.

 Being in the modeling world I have always had the ultimate pressure to stay thin,and maintain specific measurements that aren't natural to my body without hard work! Modeling loves the "stick like" body/natural string bean. Which I'll admit I used to have,and many girls do have effortlessly with all the fast food, gummy bears and Ice cream their hearts desire!

The big BUT-->Not everybody is genetically built to have this body type.

Some girls eat everything they want and can't gain a pound,while others have to work harder to stay in shape!

If you research the 3 major body build's..it will make senese to prescribe a workout and plan for your specific build!  What you are more genetically prone to! Suddenly when you have the blue print to your muscular makeup you know how to work your body to achieve the results you desire!

 I have learned alot of this over the years..not the same thing will work for 2 of us! Different combinations and lots of trials and errors to figure otu what works out for your body BEST is up to you!

 AND most importantly,once you have this figured out..stick to it! The more you switch it up the more unhappy you will be because you will be constantly starting over.

 I for example am an Mesomorph body type.

 I am brazilian thus already making me more of an athletic build. I am not a string bean body type or lean naturally. My thighs and butt are more athletic and I build muscle effortlessly. So thats great for most of us but for my job I need to lean out as much as possible. So I have found in all my trials that diet is key for me! 80% of what my body will show is based off of what I eat. And not only that but Mesomorph's gain/lose weight just as easily!So to maintain CONSISTANCY is key!Or you are constantly yo-yoing which is so bad for your body!

For me to stay lean its a combo of lean meats/veggies/fruits.

 Mornings: 2eggs with handful of spinach or arugula (pepper and dab of mustard optional)

Snack: Apple cider vinegar mix with water, or if I'm hungry cottage cheese with spoon of flex oil

Lunch: 1 Apple/or figs,Spinach with lemon/or balsamic,fish

Snack:Almonds -I always have them in my car!

Dinner: Huge salad or I just cook my salad so its mix of veggies,celery,carrots,spinach,mushrooms

 

Best foods for me,if you need to lean out and are most easily to digest:

 Spinach, Arugula, Tomato, Eggs, Fish:salmon,rock,cod, Grapefruit,Apples,Avocado,Figs

 

Fiber is an important part of your body but I tend to load up on fiber for dinner to feel fuller longer vs. feeling bloated all day! Doesn't promote the best workout attitude! Load up on broccolli,artichokes,figs,cherries,avocado's..all at night to help you on the late night snacking too! :)

 

Will elaborate more on the best workout types for this body type, for it is not your typical workout everyday,hard sweating or cardio induced! Like I said different things work for different people. And your beauty is in your own eyes,so find what makes you feel good..what size,what aspects of your life..and make sure everyday you do one thing for yourself..atleast!
